Data we process
When you email design@wkwadrat.com, we process your email address, any details in your signature and the contents of your message. The website server may also record standard technical logs, including IP address, request time and browser information, to keep the site secure and working correctly.
Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry data to reply, provide product information or take steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for our legitimate interests in business correspondence and website security (Article 6(1)(f)). Legal records are handled under Article 6(1)(c). Optional technologies will run only with consent under Article 6(1)(a).
Recipients, transfers and retention
Hosting, email and IT providers acting for us may receive data, as may public authorities where the law requires it. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we use safeguards required by the GDPR.
